MNAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF CASH INCOME FROM INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES AND PERSPECTIVES OF INVESTMENT MARKET DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

The article examines various options for the ratio of the company's cash flows from investment, financial and operational activities. The option for which investment activity is the most effective is also established. The importance of investment activity as a significant factor in the growth of profitability, efficiency of financial and economic activity is determined. An analysis of the current state of the investment market in Ukraine was carried out. Possible ratios of net cash flows from various types of activities reflecting the quality of enterprise management are characterized. The impact of Russia's military aggression on the investment attractiveness of our country has been studied. In the process of conducting this research, all investment opportunities of existing and potentially new Ukrainian investors were analyzed. The results of a survey of active Ukrainian investors were used for the research. The negative and positive factors affecting the investment process in Ukraine are shown, as well as the prospects for the development of investment activity are determined. Among the negative ones, the unstable economic situation in the country, the imperfect legal framework for the protection of investors, military aggression by Russia and the lack of insurance for military risks during the war, the general economic crisis are highlighted. Among the positives: introduction of a visa-free regime, Ukraine's active foreign economic policy, association with the European Union, Ukraine's integration course with NATO, cancellation of export duties and quotas for our country. Possible directions for investment in Ukraine during martial law and in the post-war period were determined. In addition, the problem of attracting foreign investments during military aggression against Ukraine is analyzed. The possibilities of attracting domestic and foreign investments to the market of investment projects of Ukraine were considered. The main areas for investment in the country are defined as: defense-industrial complex, energy, agro-industrial complex, metallurgy, logistics, infrastructure, innovative technologies and others. The investment possibilities of each complex are considered in detail. The possibility of transferring international relations from the anti-Putin coalition to closer economic relations was also considered, in particular through the involvement of foreign investors in the market of investment projects of Ukraine.
